I produce a range of authentic own recipe traditional Italian sauces and dressings using only the freshest ingredients. All my tomato based sauces are gluten free which are suitable for celiacs. They all have no additives, preservatives and no added sugar, no artificial colours and no artificial flavours.

Traditional family recipe Italian sauces, Napolitana sauce with fresh basil and garlic, Arrabiata sauce with fresh chillies,Tuna sauce, Italian Job sauce with olives and capers,Bolognese sauce, Buffalo Bolognese, Godfather sauce very hot with olives and chillies, Wild Boar and Porcini mushroom sauce and Carbonara sauce with smoked bacon and mushrooms. Also I have a range of salad dressings.
