The 2008 issue of Savour the Flavour will be available in local Tourist Information shortly. This popular local food guide features a wealth of ideas on where to buy and eat local food and where to stay in and around the Peak District. Scores of food producers, shops, pubs, restaurants, hotels and guest houses are featured in Savour the Flavour. These include members of the Peak District Food, Peak District Butchers and Peak District Cuisine groups, which were launched to win greater recognition for the food heroes of the area. Businesses that have achieved the prestigious Peak District Environmental Quality Mark award are also listed.

This year celebrates the 7th issue of the guide, which is fast becoming the bible for locally sourced produce; it caters for every taste and pocket. The advertisers featured here represent a selection of our members.
